Monday, January 1, 2024 - Straight out of the bottle. Highly aromatic, showing deep dark cherry and notable game savouriness, some herbal notes, leafy, fresh. Palate is full with grippy tannin, moderately high alcohol (13.5%), acidity is fresh but not the dominant feature of the wine. Really hearty and delicious with a long finish.
