Monday, August 21, 2023 - Rhone Valley meets Paso Robles; 66% Roussanne, 21% Grenache Blanc, 8% Picpoul Blanc, 3% Picardan, 2% Clairette Blanche

Aromas of perfume, cream, honey, and apricots after some time in the bottle. Flavors of limoncello, cream, citrus, apricot, minerals, peach, chalk, and white pepper. Bold with medium plus acidity, a long finish at the start then becomes Short. Amazing with premium sardines. I think this will be perfect in two years
