Saturday, March 7, 2015 - Priorat Tasting (Private Location): Beautiful clear, deep ruby color. Clean nose with a bunch of medium+ intense flavors of leather, smoke, spices, red and dark fruits.
It is dry, with medium+ acidity, medium+ fine grained and well integrated tannins, 13,5% alcohol, medium+ bodied and pronounced flavors of dark cherries, spices, oak. Medium+ finish.
Very elegant. At its peak, I doubt it gets any better, but it will stay there for some more years.
