Tuesday, October 17, 2023 - Acker Vega Sicilia dinner with Pablo Álvarez (Asador Bastian): 75/79/81. Wow, this is so pure with more brightness and freshness than the 75 or 79 but with similar complexity of herb/spice layered into the strawberry and rhubarb fruit. Early peak and deliciously good.
