Tuesday, June 22, 2010 - Celebration Dinner (Inovasi, Lake Bluff, IL): Dark red/black berries and plums on the nose and palate. Toasty wood notes. A very fruit forward palate. Medium plus bodied, great texture, and a long finish. Wonderful acidity throughout. Beautiful wine.
