Tuesday, June 22, 2010 - Birthday Dinner (Inovasi - Lake Bluff IL): Floral start with some great fresh forest aromas with fresh red and black cherries. All elements continue from nose onto palate with good licorice and tarragon. Very vibrant and youthful at almost thirty years old with lots of acidity and fine, elegant tannins. Great textures, spice and length. Really wonderful.
