Sunday, June 7, 2020 - Splash decanted for a friend's birthday on Sunday. Could have used a bit more time but opened on a whim. Enjoyed on the deck in the mid 80s so the bottle quickly warmed up while we were drinking it. Still very nice, could benefit from another year or two in bottle but the Chase Creek always delivers.
