Sunday, February 23, 2014 - Dangerously tasty and persistent. Others have perfectly identified the flavor profile. However, I disagree with the apparent consensus that this is mature, soft and ready to drink. My bottles have been in a cool cellar since purchase (from a temp-controlled store to boot). The tannins in this bottle made themselves clearly known (though not harsh). I'm going to sit on my other 2 bottles for at least 3 years, maybe 5-10. Still, great juice.
