Sunday, January 17, 2016 - Unfolds right in the glass out of the bottle in about 15-20 minutes these days, no need to decant this beauty, ripe fruit, round, velvety suppleness, softening tannin's. I have enjoyed watching this wine evolve over the years. One of my favorites of the decade from Chappellet. Drink Now.
