Saturday, January 14, 2017 - A beast, yes, alcohol, yes, but the richesse is kept in balance with an incredible minerality and bright vibrancy; even at the end of a long Pégau-tasting this stands out as a different animal, something else, somehting grand.

1/27/2017 1:39:00 AM - Actually no, too brutal IMHO; I think, you are better of opening it a couple of hours in advance - have glass - then leave it. If you find it closed, when you get to it, you can always decant then...
