Saturday, January 8, 2022 - I thought that this wine was terrible. I thought that it being from Paso Robles and 5 years old it would have been better. I tried adding 7UP to it like my father did when we were growing up" children's wine" for family Christmas meals would help. It did not. It tasted too young and not full bodied like most Zins. Since I hate to waste alcohol I will try and make Sangria out of the other 3 bottles I have.
