Sunday, December 12, 2010 - Annual Grand Cru Tasting (Wijnhandel De Gouden Leeuw, Voorschoten, NL): In 2008 Pedesclaux came in first in a Decanter blind tasting of 2005 claret in which a number of first growths participated (including Lafite and Latour). Clearly a fluke result but a good an attractive wine nonetheless - and a nice story.
