It improved at 1 hour was a nice mix of Rhone styled new world Grenache and some Earthy Pinot notes. Quite Brambly but worked well with Chicken, Rice and Haricot Verts...More fruit showed toward the end. Reminded me of a Dirty & Rowdy Mouvedre at times. Know it has Cabernet but it was hiding. 2 days later much better showing more Fruit and depth.
