Monday, December 25, 2017 - Drank over two days. The liveliness and juiciness of the fruit upon first pour was incredible. Still so fresh, with a ton of energy. It moved more into secondary earthy flavors after that, but the tannic grip was always present. I held this for six and a half years, and it could easily have gone longer. Impressive.
