Wednesday, November 5, 2008 - Curiosity got the better of me and I opened up another bottle of this now that it has been resting for a few weeks. Nose: rich, pure, elegant - quite a bit of power - dark fruits, cedar, some barnyard. Taste: vanilla, oak, deep, primary fruit - this wine is seriously tightly wound up at the moment but is packed full of class and charm. This has the potential to be a superb wine given enough time to bed in. Superb.
