Thursday, May 13, 2021 - Perfect cork without saturation. The colour is deep red towards purple with a hint of brick at the rim. Generous and complex nose with dark ripe fruit, coffe, leather and marzipan. On the palate, the wine is fullbodied with dark and ripe fruit and a meaty texture. Well-balanced acidity. Tannins are smooth but still with a good grip. Overall a very well balanced wine with lots of flavours and a great structure. The tertiary characters have arrived, but this will probably stay at this level for many years still.
