Friday, January 26, 2024 - Audozed cork in, in the wine fridge, for about 1 hour, then fully decanted at room temp for another hour before serving. Wanted to give this some oppurtunity to open up and compare to my May 25, 2023 note, see if there was more to it. Less funk but not all gone, more preserved red fruit (cranberries especially), but overall still consistent with my previous notes. This is what it is, which a is good, solid wine. Pop their BdM if you want more. B+ (88) eval.
