Tuesday, June 22, 2021 - Ruby, still no orange brick tones around the edges.
Medium to pronounced nose of Parma ham and animalic tones. A bit of cedar wood and blond tobacco. Slight hint of black cherries.
Opulent and complex on the palate. It is not super fat but still full bodied.
Medium finish, wich means I can not push above 90 points.
