Monday, April 2, 2007 - Smells internationally styled, with a lot of mocha and toasty oak that carries through on the dark-chocolate-drenched palate. But it's structured pretty well despite the spoofy flavors; the fruit isn't jammy and is restrained by an almost austere layer of dusty tannin. Still, this is a disappointingly anonymous wine, especially given the $30 price tag.
