Monday, October 2, 2023 - Certified biodynamic. RS 2 g/l, TA 4.8 g/l, pH 3.42. Aged in oak barrels on full lees for 11 months and on fine lees for 9 months in stainless-steel tanks. Medium yellow color. Aromas of ripe pear, apricot, lemon, smoke, yeast, honey. Dry, full bodied with fresh acidity. Creamy and long.
