Monday, August 31, 2015 - At Whidbey cabin for anniversary. PnP. Wonderful nose of bacon fat, roasted meats, with hint of milk chocolate. Wonderful mouthfeel. This wine is so nicely packaged -- an outer layer of cherry with a savory center -- still evolving nicely. Nice long finish with more cherry and blueberry.
