Saturday, July 27, 2013 - 2002 Huet Demi-Secs: The sweetest and ripest of the three demi-secs. A deep golden color with a slight hint of burnt sugar on the nose and a strong honeyed element on the palate. This wine is all about richness, and the texture reminds me more of the higher sweetness levels.
