Wednesday, August 16, 2023 - Very typical Nebbiolo nose. Lots of red fruit - cherry, strawberry, red currant, fraise des bois - with spices - pepper, anise, clove. Rounded off by leathery and earthy notes.

Tannins still very prominent after 7 years but more rounded, velvety - super long on the palate with intense red fruit
