Saturday, September 17, 2022 - Pale yellow colour. Thin nose with stone fruit some lemon compote, hint of vanilla. Stone fruit dominant also in the taste, along with yellow apple, some lemony bitterness, some medicinal herbs, touch of almond, slight creaminess. Medium body, medium acidity, oily mouthfeel, high alcohol. Vg+, slightly out of balance with the high alcohol. Good value, still has life to go.
