Friday, December 18, 2020 - Medium body with enough concentration to fill up the frame. Vivacious acidity and quite mild tannic structure gives some balance. Some lift and brett on the nose with blackberries and some blackcurrant, red cherries, some baking spices, fresh figs, leaves and earth. Palate gives up that raspberry, blackcurrant, cherry, some leafy green thing (probably some whole bunch thing), stone bramble etc... Very clean palate, maybe something saline in the end. Great stuff. Energetic and complex while being fresh and easy on the wallet.
