Tuesday, August 1, 2023 - n: very fresh with some of the stewed aged notes developing. dark plums, black cherries, cracked pepper. med
p: med+ viscosity, med+ acid, high acid. Med tannins hit and then melt away. true to the black pepper varietal and fruit is dominated by ripe black cherry. To nitpick some phenolic bitter and acid out of touch.

Revisit after several days and wow. The tannins are smooooth and the acid waves into a long finish. Many years left on this one
