Friday, February 24, 2023 - A fulsome Côte-Rôtie, this non-filtered 2017 Eric Texier ain’t for everyone. Those of us who enjoy big gamey Syrah, however, should take note.

The nose on this is a cornucopia of black fruit, strawberry, olives, bacon fat.

Blue and black fruit, earth, nutmeg, and clove on the palate.
