Thursday, May 21, 2009 - Big tight and tannic when I first opened up. Decanted over the next few hours which really softened it up. Lots of cherry and cola in this wine with some smokey oak and dark berries. I think I will wait a little while until the next bottle. Chappellet has never let me down between their Prichard Hill Cab. and the Great Chardonnay. Good QPR.
