Friday, May 29, 2009 - This wine opened up dark purple with aromas of dark fruit (cassis, boysenberry, current) along with some spice and herb. Nice texture on the palate and medium bodied but still a bit closed with some tight/dusty tannins. Opened up nicely to softer fruit towards the end of the bottle. Might store this one away for the next couple years.
