Monday, May 30, 2011 - Decanted for 45 minutes and drank over the next 2 hours. Had with some grilled beef tenderloin. Deep maroon color. Refined with concentration, structure and elegance all wrapped in one. Primary cabernet flavors with a hint of cigar box and a nice dose of oak. A touch of mocha as well. Tannins mellow after a bit of air. A medium to long finish. A very well made wine at a reasonable price.
