SpoochMan Does not like this wine:

Sunday, August 14, 2011 - First of 3 bottles purchased after the WS hype. Upon PnP, this was a hot, disjointed, astringent mess. Decanted for an hour, and it did soften and open up some. Was OK and drinkable overall. Even 3hours after opening, however, there was still noticeable heat and a slight bit of bitterness on the finish. I hope that this was just a bad bottle (cork was in very good shape however) because my experience does not sound at all like that of others here.
