Thursday, September 27, 2012 - First bottle of this wine that we have opened in three years. The last was a bit disappointing as it fell short of expectations built on a generous review and other's notes. This bottle is much better. Time has worked its magic. It is still not overly complex but it has opened up considerably. Bounteous but not cloying fruit and a nice tannic backbone.
