Monday, December 25, 2017 - Cooked fruit upon first opening with a clear deficit of acidity. Chilled the bottle for 30 minutes and things seemed to improve thereafter. The oxygen and chill helped the acidity and terroir show a bit more. This should be a $50 bottle, not more, but still enjoyable with a Christmas day standing rib roast. Wish it was better, but it was good enough
