Friday, August 18, 2023 - We opened this beautiful Ribera with steak and at the start of it's "drinking window". It's immediately sings fro the glass with medium+ aroma of blue berries, elegant vanilla, tobacco leaf, skin and light earth minerality. After some aeration aroma reveals eastern fragrances and jam. On the palate wine very balanced and 15% of alc. just can't seen. Good and very integrated acidity, complexity and long aftertaste.
