Thursday, July 28, 2022 - Solid, started off with a bit of reduction, quickly gave way to ripe orchard fruits, floral notes, and a hint of lemon. The palate was initially quite rich and almost clunky. Didn't love it so set it aside. After about 90 minutes of air it showed better with more freshness to the ripe orchard fruit on the palate. Still was quite concentrated, and straddling the line of being too ripe, but managed to hold it. I'd probably drink these sooner rather than later.
