Saturday, June 20, 2015 - This is the first bottle opened from a stash of six and I'm delighted to have waited till now. Colour still a vigorous dark red with just red with just a hint of bricking. Nose was well developed with quite primary red and dark fruit with floral and cedar touches. Palate was medium/full with gracious fruit, good depth, some secondary notes and minerals, good acidity, caressing texture and classical shape with a queit entry expanding mid-palate, strong finish supported by still firm tannins and an after-taste in the form of a quite long diminuendo of fine aromas. At or near its peak. Very good.
