Monday, October 1, 2012 - Decanted 90 minutes. Beautiful color - dull, earthy, slightly browned. There was no heat on the aroma or the taste. The aroma was cherry and spices, as was the taste, which also had a silky texture. It was well balanced, tasting of a chalky soil, and had a long finish.
