Thursday, October 13, 2022 - SLDS October 2022: Bruised apple ox, pear, strawberry and a tinge of toffee apple character on the nose. Palate is straw and pear flavoured, with plenty of punchy acid and some oxidative notes on the mid palate. High intensity profile here but feels pretty ready to go.
