Monday, July 30, 2018 - Double blind tasting. Brief note. PnP. Nose and palate show a saline quality with bitter cherry, iron, and a woodsy lavender note. This was still very primary and needed more time than we had with it. Would've loved to have tasted this with an 8hr+ decant. Still primary to my palate based on this bottle.
