Great grip and acidity. Whilst the 2008 matches wonderfully with orange or fennel dishes, the 2010 is better treated as a light red wine served cool not cold, and in red wine glasses. Never consider this a rose wine. A perfect pairing today with pekking duck - the fruit and cut slicing through. Wonderful wine that will easily cellar at least a decade. 94-95pts, drink to 2035
