Saturday, April 2, 2022 - Temperature: Room temperature and aerated
Color: Ruby, some clearing at the rim
Nose: Earth, pepper, stewed veg, bruised plum, smoked meat
Palate: Silky, high tannin long finish

Much more nuance from the nose than the palate for me. Solid wine. Drinks like a natural wine.
