Thursday, December 15, 2022 - light yellow color, soaring delicate nose of pears and white pebbles, on the palate a fine and broad impact of slightly sweet melon leading into a grand array of tropical fruits- passionfruit, dragonfruit and a hint of lychee- and then finally lime and creamy acids on the beautiful finish, refreshing and most distinct- a bit like Ygrec though more fruit driven, worth seeking out.
