Thursday, January 9, 2020 - Pale yellow colour. When it was first opened, it was so young and "chablis" with high tone rocky minerality. Palate was very creamy. In a 2 hour plus dinner, it evolved with some grilled nut. Very enjoyable. Still a baby.
