Saturday, October 7, 2023 - Consistent with past notes 16 months ago. Rich tropical fruit basket (yellow, green, and orange fruit), honeysuckle, butterscotch, and graham cracker is nicely balanced with a steely spine of minerals, crushed granite, and sea salt. Paired nicely with grilled carne asada chicken with lime. Will try to save last bottle until 2025 but will be best 2024-2034. Technical score: 93. Enjoyment score: 91.
