Tuesday, July 25, 2023 - PnP. Had with grilled pork tenderloin.
Wow- Aromatics jumping from the glass. Some spice, red fruit (cherry, rasberry, strawberry, tart cranberry). Medium body, well balanced. Heavy on the cranberry, but the forest floor, spice and herbs balance it out. Finish is med+ and very enjoyable. Well made high quality pinot. This will be a croud pleaser.

Not the best fit for the grilled pork with pinaple habenaro glaze (as the heavy cranberry kind of clashed). Although this would be great with thanksgiving Turkey. Much more enjoyable after dinner by itself. Excited to try the other three sticks offerings.

Would not buy this again as qpr is challenged and felt this was kind of a tweener between CA and Oregon and would rather just go one way or the other (ie 2018 Roserock Zephirine OG or 2019 Phelps Freestone CA if found at similar pricepoint).
