Sunday, December 27, 2020 - From glass. Ashy, damp cigar nose. Fresh and full palate of tart and crunchy cranberry, subtle vegetal and spicy undertones. Ambient dryness right now, but also bright acidity. Full and attractive. Pure, simple (again, for now). Certainly room for optimism about aging potential.
