Sunday, January 22, 2006 - Dinner at home of beef pot roast with porcini mushrooms. Another great bottle from an underrated vintage. Elegant and balanced, with deep dark fruit, minerals, and a long finish. Interesting notes of melted dark chocolate, which became more prominent after a few hours.
