Tuesday, October 31, 2023 - Lovely color, a mixture of medium bricking on the edges with a dark core of deep red fruit in the middle. Well balanced all around. Fully tertiary flavors: leather, earth, spice box, dried flowers/herbs. Medium- body, a little lighter than expected. Enjoyable with rustic Italian dinner.
