Monday, March 21, 2022 - Violet Ruby with purple edges and deep opacity. Nose was black fruit, jammy with licorice and spices. On the palate it is strong round chalky tannins. The fruit was intense, dark, balanced (lifting acidity) and pure. It was full bodied with good length.
