Tuesday, October 6, 2009 - Tasting with Jefferson Henry of Karl Lawrence Cellars (Backstreet Wine Salon): Dark purple color. Pretty nose of black cherry fruit. Tastes of black berry and currant with some vanilla oak. Well balanced. Medium bodied. Rich powerful finish with some depth. A touch green. 14.8% alcohol.
